Texstars, Inc. is a U.S. manufacturing company that fabricates parts and assemblies utilizing advanced thermoset composite materials and engineering-grade thermoplastic materials. Texstars is also a leading producer of high optical transparencies for military and commercial aircraft worldwide.
Our aircraft transparencies, composite component assemblies, and molded and formed thermoplastic parts and assemblies support nearly every major airframe manufacturer and major subassembly supplier in aerospace. Passenger rail car OEMs are among our clientele as well.
Texstars defines quality and our multiple quality certifications are proof. Our quality certifications include AS9100-B, Nadcap AC 7118 and ISO 9001:2000. Texstars has embraced the lean culture and we’ve engrained these principles and practices into each program we support.
We are typically a build-to-print custom fabricator, yet we can recommend materials given the application and recommend part design feature changes that simplify the manufacturability to decrease costs for our valued customers. Texstars has an exceptional reputation and heritage for its ability to convert metallic components to strong, lightweight and corrosion-resistant non-metallic components.
